Are you dependent on a special diet or do you suffer from any sort of food intolerance?
Please note that we cannot make any binding commitments for locally offered meals. Special or diet food, such as a gluten-free or lactose-free diet, cannot be promised because certain types of food are sometimes not available locally. If you are dependent on certain types of supplements, we recommend bringing them with you in your Club Calimera. Please feel free to inform the staff at the hotel upon your arrival about any sorts of special requirements. They will be happy to assist you in whatever way they can.

Would you like to borrow beach / pool towels from the hotel?
Beach and pool towels are free of charge in our Club Calimera for a deposit. Please ask at the reception in your Club Calimera for further assistance and information.

Unfortunately, Club Calimera does not accept pets, not even the smallest of your friends.

Our clubs can be found in the catalogues of all major tour operators. Your local travel agent will be happy to hand you a copy. In addition there is a separate Club Calimera catalogue with comprehensive information about our clubs. To receive your Club Calimera catalogue, please contact your travel agent or have a look at our Club Calimera online catalogue.
Your child is not yet 3 years old, but would like to participate in the activities of Calimigo kids club anyway?
We ask for your understanding that the care of under 3-year-old children in a "Calimigo Kids Club" cannot be guaranteed. In exceptional cases, our entertainment team on site has to decide if your child can participate in certain activities, as for example, the size of the group plays an important role. Please contact the entertainment team at your arrival personally.
You want to modify an existing booking or have questions regarding the booking process?
We are happy to assist you with your booking and answer any open questions. Have you already made a booking, but not directly through our website or a DER travel agent, please contact the respective travel agency or tour operator. Would you like to book a transfer from the airport to your Club Calimera?
We are happy to assist you with either a group transfer or a private transfer with our partners. Club Calimera does not offer its own transfer service.
We highly recommend our insurance partner “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
You do not want to miss out on Internet via Wi-Fi while on holidays?
All our hotels offer internet, sometimes even free of charge. Wi-Fi is usually available around the lobby and reception area. Some hotels also have Wi-Fi in each room. The exact prices and availability can be found at the details of each Club Calimera. For special please inquire upon arrival.
Do you have additional requests, such as a specific room number or a baby cot?
If you have informed your travel agent or booking office about your request in the process of your booking, there is nothing else to do. The hotel manager will be informed about your request. Otherwise, please use our contact form. Your wishes will be forwarded immediately to the reception of your Club Calimera. Request are not binding until you have received a confirmation.
